You might want to contact with the Serbian translator to verify this. Maybe some of them they should only be updated/renamed, not removed?
I could temporarily add them to SystemPagesInSerbianGroup so as they don't show up in TitleIndex, if you want.
Format: Older translation (newer translation). 
All these pages are deleted now (old revisions still exist).
