The RSS feed with `diff=1` fails to quote < and > characters which breaks the feed.

Check the feed for http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/MoinDev/Storage?action=diff&rev2=16&rev1=15 with a rss feed reader or something (you may need to bump up the items to see this, right now it's #17.
