tag in the rightsidebar theme somewhere. I haven't tracked down exactly where or what but it became evident at SpackOrg:ShmooGroup while playing with the new Wikipedia macro.

If the extra div happens only when using the right sidebar theme, then its not a problem with wikipedia. We should check this issue to locate the problem.
Was a bug in wikipedia, not moin.
