Bug?? It was recently introduced that the edit bar's "Comments" menu item is removed, if there are no inline comments in the page at all. This works and looks nice in modern theme. This looks like this in a rightside bar theme:

IMHO it would be better to remove/hide the whole list item instead of the list item's text only. Here's a patch for Moin-1.8.0beta2 (see attachments).
