GUI Image Upload ist not possible

## Describe the steps needed to reproduce the bug. If we can't reproduce it, we probably can't fix it.
 1. Using the GUI editor I tried to activate the Image Upload function (standard Editor functionality). But pressing the "send to server" button shows no reaction. No errors in Logfiles found.

 * What does that mean "you activated image upload"? What did you do exactly?

 * Answer: I modified moinfckconfig.js and added 'ImageButton' to FCKConfig.ToolbarSets[[MoinDefault]].

Well, I guess then you also have to add the rest to make it work, whatever that is. :)
