The above patch implements commit mailer: Wiki-wide subscription to all modifications.
It was based on the ASF's Commit``Mails patch, [[http://moinmo.in/MoinMoinPatch/CommitMails]], but modified for 1.6/1.7 and made slightly more configurable.
