With moin2 we have items instead of pages and attachments. This change envolves also lots of new manipulation possibilities. You have describe the lifecyle of a new item for users. This includes:

• create
• modify
• rename
• meta
  • set a tag
• revert
• delete

The new documentation has to be added to the section items, e.g. lifecyle of an item in rst Syntax. deliverables: patch or changeset
