 * `action=login` displays the current form plus this text.
 * It would be cool if the text gets pulled  from a wiki page. this way admins could edit the messages given to new users. Is this a security issue?
 * Ideally there is a different text for users which do their ../FirstLogIn, just after having created a new user profile.
